Private family arrangements have been completed for William Donavan Elkins, 56, of Hebron.He died on Sunday, April 27, 2014. He was a graduate of Watkins Memorial H.S., class of 1976 and served honorable in the US Navy.He will be inurned at the Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, Ohio at a later date.Hoskinson Funeral & Cremation Service, Kirkersville, is honored to care for the Elkins family.
