Walter Skal

Walter A. Skal, 83, of Baltimore, died September 16, 2015. He was born January 16, 1932 in Butler, PA., the son of the late John & Pauline Skal. Walter served honorably in the US Air Force during the Korean conflict. Retired machinist from L & J Fasteners. Survived by wife Wilma, daughter Joyce McMannis, adopted daughters Amber Skal and Heather Phillips; 4 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren; 3 surviving brothers in PA. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son Timothy Skal, and 7 siblings. Private family arrangements were arranged by the Kirkersville home of HOSKINSON Funeral & Cremation Service. The family prefers that memorials be directed to the funeral home, PO Box 57, Kirkersville, Ohio 43033 to assist with final expenses.
