Vickie Lee O'Bryant

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Vickie Lee O'Bryant on Friday, February 20th, 2026, at Arlington Care Center in Newark, OH. Born on Sunday, June 30th, 1957, in the serene locales of Fairbanks, Alaska, Vickie's journey was one of love, service, and creativity.

Vickie was a devoted homemaker who dedicated her life to nurturing her family and those around her. Her steadfast spirit was evident in her service as a proud member of the United States Air Force, where she served her country with honor and dedication.

Her father, Virgil O'Bryant, and her beloved son, Charles (Jakob) Ray, remember her not just as a mother and daughter but as an inspiration. Her legacy is also cherished by her niece, Amanda (Robert) Fraley, and nephew, Jason (Jessica) Santavicca, along with numerous grandchildren and friends who brought joy to her life.

Vickie's creativity knew no bounds; her days were enriched by a passion for singing, playing the piano, drawing, and painting. A true adventurer at heart, she enjoyed traveling and exploring the world of culinary delights as a self-proclaimed foodie.

Her spiritual journey was intertwined with her active participation in church communities, both in South Carolina and Cincinnati, where she shared her voice and artistic talents.

Preceded in death by her mother, Gladys O'Bryant, and her sister, Jackie Ray, Vickie now joins them in eternal peace.
