Tina R. "Tyna" Frederick, a cherished resident of Belleville, WV, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 29th, 2025, at the age of 67. Born in Richmond, VA, on Thursday, May 15th, 1958, Tyna lived a full and vibrant life, deeply dedicated to her family and her passions.
As a devoted homemaker, Tyna poured her heart into creating a warm and loving environment for her family. Her legacy lives on through her beloved children, Roberta L. (Joe) Newlon and Rebecca A. (fiancé, Joe Ball) McGuire, who will forever remember her as a guiding light. Her grandchildren, Steven, Natasha, Shianna, and Skyla, and her great-grandchildren, Elygha and Hunter, will cherish the joyful memories they created together.
Tyna enjoyed a life filled with joy and laughter, embracing dancing, dressing to the nines, listening to music, traveling, and attending concerts. Her love for books made her an avid reader, while her fondness for movies offered her endless hours of entertainment. Most importantly, Tyna treasured time spent with her family, who enriched her life beyond measure.
She is also survived by her devoted mother, Betty Frederick, her siblings, Debbie Keith, Lynn Hammonds, Peggy Sams, and Chuck Frederick, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who were touched by her warmth and kindness.
Tyna was preceded in death by her beloved father, Dallas Frederick, her daughter, Janie McGuire, her sister, Natasha Frederick, and her grandson, Dakota Farrow. Their memories remain close to her family's hearts.
A graveside service will be held in her honor at Oak Hill Cemetery, Newark, OH, on Tuesday, August 5th, 2025, at 1:00 pm. with Pastor Cory Campbell officiating. Family and friends are invited to gather and celebrate Tyna's remarkable life and enduring spirit.
Arrangements have been lovingly provided by Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service. The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to all those who have offered support and love during this difficult time.
