Thomas Edward Mickey

Thomas Edward Mickey, 61, of Mount Perry, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on March 22, 2026. He passed away peacefully at Riverside Hospital, surrounded by his family.

Tom was born October 6, 1964, in Columbus, Ohio, to Thomas and Victoria Mickey. Tom grew up in Pataskala, Ohio and attended Watkins Memorial High School.

Tom was an incredibly hard worker, skilled in many trades and he built a life that he loved. Tom embodied integrity and was always known as a man of his word who enjoyed the simple things in life over material things. Tom was a generous man and could always be counted on by friends, neighbors, and family for a helping hand.

Tom found the most joy spending time with Susan, the love is of his life and partner for over 33 years, and his beloved canine companion Raven.

Tom is proceeded in death by his father, Thomas Mickey. He is survived by his mother, Victoria Mickey; sisters, Margaret and Dee Mickey; brother, Jason (Jennifer) Mickey; daughter, Sheena (David) Yeager; step-daughter, Christina (Nate) Thomas and his step-son, Chris Bigley; granddaughters, Jordan, Savanna, and Lexi; grandsons, David and Gatlin; nephews, Anson (Jamie) and Aiden; niece, Victoria (Kyle) and great nephews, Huxley , Edward, Aiden and Jaxon.

Family and friends may gather on Friday, March 27, 2026, at the Kirkersville chapel of Hoskinson Funeral & Cremation Service, 285 E. Main St., Kirkersville, Ohio, from 10:00am until the time of funeral service at 1:00pm. Burial will follow in Pataskala Cemetery, 9545 Creek Rd, Pataskala, OH.
