Terry Lee Barber

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Terry Lee Barber, a beloved father, grandfather, brother, and friend, who left us on Friday, December 19, 2025, at the age of 63. Born in Columbus, Ohio, Terry was a long-time resident of Newark, Ohio, where he dedicated his life to his family and work.

Terry was an expert drywall installer, known for his commitment and fine craftsmanship. Throughout his career, he transformed countless spaces, leaving a lasting mark not only through his work but also in the hearts of those who knew him. Aside from his professional endeavors, Terry carried a passion for motorcycling, often finding peace on the open road. He was also a fervent animal lover, a trait that shaped much of his personal life.

Terry is survived by his children, James Barber, Zachary Head, and Brianna Head, who will continue to cherish his memory. He was a proud grandfather to five grandchildren, who brought immense joy to his life. He is also survived by his siblings, Steve (Brenda) Barber and Karyn (Fred) Brandon. Terry was preceded in death by his loving parents, James Delbert Barber and Patricia Ann Myers, and his brother, Tim Barber.

Family, friends, and those whose lives Terry touched are invited to attend the graveside service celebrating Terry's life at Kirkersville Cemetery, Kirkersville, OH, on Friday, December 26th, 2025, at 1:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Licking County Humane Society, reflecting Terry's love for animals and dedication to their welfare.
