Rosalie Jones, beloved mother, sister, aunt, and grandmother, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at the age of 69. Born on Monday, September 16, 1957, in Columbus, Ohio, Rosalie lived a life full of love, laughter, and adventure.

Rosalie dedicated her life to her work and her family. Rosalie's love for music and motorcycles was legendary among her friends and family. She was a devoted fan of Johnny Depp, Elvis, Michael Jackson, and Prince, and enjoyed all genres of music. Her adventurous spirit took her on many rides on her Harley Davidson to motorcycle rallies in Daytona Beach and Myrtle Beach. Her love for travel and playing Euchre was only surpassed by her love for her family.

Rosalie is survived by her devoted special niece, Christina (Chris) Darling; her sons, James (Alisha) Porter, Michael (Stephanie) Porter, and Matthew Porter; sister, Barbara (Darrick Dunlap) West; and brother, John Morrison. Her legacy lives on through her beloved grandchildren: Emanuel, Juli, Emma, Kegan, Lilli, Jackson, Ava, Trinity, Levi, Nolan, and Katie, and her two great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind a large extended family of many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, David A. Jones; her parents, Bruce Edward Morrison and Rosa Mary Morrison; sister, Linda Sue Huff; and brother, Robert "Bob" Morrison.

Rosalie's caring nature extended beyond her family and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Licking County Humane Society in her memory, reflecting her love for all living creatures.

Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service is honored to care for Rosalie and her family.

She will be deeply missed, yet her robust spirit and enduring love will be remembered by all who knew her. May her soul rest in peace, riding eternal with the angels.
