A funeral service celebrating the life of Richard Wayne Link, age 84, of Pickerington, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 24, at Impact City Church, 8577 Watkins Road SW, Pataskala, with Pastor Bob Nicholson officiating. Burial will take place in Reber Hill Cemetery in Ashville.

Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, April 23, at Hoskinson Funeral & Cremation Service, 285 East Main Street in Kirkersville, as well as one hour prior to the service at the church on Friday.

Richard was born October 22, 1941 in Summit Station, Ohio to the late Lee Roy and Olive (Todd) Link. He passed away on Friday, April 17, 2026 at Mount Carmel East Hospital.

Rich attended Licking Heights Schools. He retired from Cass Logistics where he was a transportation auditor. Rich attended Impact City Church in Pataskala and often spoke of his love for his church. He enjoyed working in the yard and gardening and was especially known for his delicious tomatoes.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Donna, whom he married January 10, 1964; daughter, Lynette; two grandsons, Landon and Logan; nephew, Matthew (Hope) Link, and niece, Jenny (Sam) Shults; and his beloved dog, Oreo.
