Paul David Ramsey

Paul D. Ramsey, age 83, passed away on Sunday, October 5, 2025 at Licking Memorial Hospital. He was born On May 29, 1942, in Delaware Ohio. He attended his senior year at Delaware Willis High School. Paul retired from Licking County.

He is survived by his wife, Susan (Sue) Winona, son, Timothy Paul, daughter, Tawney Marie Magnesen, great granddaughter, Mychal Sofia Ramsey who lived with him, Edward Miller, whom he called his adopted son, Dixie Small Hofer and Dee Ann Wagner, whom he called his adopted daughters.

Paul was proceeded in death by his parents, Forest Leo Ramsey and Flossie Ruth Ramsey, his three brothers, Ray Lee Ramsey, Forest Leo Ramsey Jr, and Daniel Fred Ramsey.

Paul had four sisters, Marie Elizabeth Robinson, Frances L. Lyle, Mary Millar, Doris A Trevino, four grandchildren, David Paul Ramsey, Monique Elizabeth Johnson, Jennifer Ann Magnesen Hartsough, and Mark Magnesen, great grandchildren, Lucas Skylar Ramsey, Zoey Marie Trower, Nathan Edward Magnesen Hartsough, Isabella Magnesen, Marqus Lee Magnesen, Kiara Magnesen, several nieces and nephews.

Paul was devoted to his family, friends and neighbors. He was a smart man and talented man who had a wealth of knowledge and loved to share it with someone. He was often a second Dad to the neighborhood kids when they got older: he would help fix their cars, rescue them off the lake, lend tools and maybe just talk.

There will be no services at this time for Paul.
