Nancy Dean Beumel, age 58, of Newark, passed away on Saturday, May 9, 2020 at the Selma Markowitz Care Center (operated by Hospice of Central Ohio).
Nancy was born December 14, 1961 in Newark, Ohio. She was an LPN and worked with MRDD patients for ten years. Nancy was a former member of the Hanover Volunteer Fire Department where she was an EMT and firefighter. She was very proud to honor her Native American Cherokee heritage.
She is survived by her husband, Jeffrey C. Beumel, Sr; two sons, Logan Beumel (Roberta Lowery) of Newark and Jeffrey C. Beumel, Jr. of Newark; grandchildren, Bradlee Beumel, Carl Lowery, Aliscia Lowery, Mina Beumel, Alastaire Beumel and Willow Beumel.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Darlene Sue (Wisener) Persinger.
The family will hold a memorial at a later date.
