With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Myron Willard Clary, beloved father, grandfather, brother, and friend, who departed this life on Sunday, January 4, 2026, in Newark, OH. Born on Monday, May 26, 1952, in Newark, Ohio, Myron lived a life filled with adventure, dedication, and love for his family and community.

Myron was a devoted father to Clint A. Clary (Angela Banks) and Cody B. Clary, and a proud grandfather to Darby, Dax, Knox, and Bridget Clary. He will be fondly remembered by his brother, Arthur Clary, and his former wife and dear friend, Leslie Trout. Myron was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph W. Clary and M. Glorine Clary; his brothers, Gilbert Clary and Charles Rumley; and his sister, Patricia Mickley. He leaves behind a legacy of cherished memories with his many friends.

A dedicated machinist, Myron worked for over 25 years at General Electric. His expertise and commitment to excellence left a lasting impact on his colleagues and the company.

Myron was an active member of various fraternal and community organizations, including the Fredonia Masonic Lodge, Grand Lodge of F & A. M. Aerospace Lodge #800, and Newark Eagles Lodge #387. As a life member of the American Motorcycle Association, Myron was a passionate flat track and ice racer, earning the nickname "Killer" among fellow enthusiasts. He also enjoyed golfing and playing racquetball, where he was known affectionately as "Kill Shot." His adventurous spirit extended to running in the Columbus Marathon, as well as exploring nature through cooking and mushroom hunting.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Myron’s memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, reflecting his love and compassion for others.

A Celebration of Life Service, celebrating the life of Myron, will be held at date.

The family expresses their deep gratitude to Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service in Newark for their care and support during this difficult time. Myron’s presence will be dearly missed, but his spirit lives on in the hearts of everyone he touched.
