Marilyn K. Hartsock

Heath, Ohio - Marilyn K. Hartsock, a beloved mother, aunt, and cherished friend to many, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at the age of 66. Born in Coshocton, Ohio, on November 20, 1959, Marilyn lived a life full of love, laughter, and devoted care for her family and community.

Marilyn is survived by her mother, Marlene Church; father, Gary Hartsock; loving son, Jonathan McClintock; grandchildren, Aaron Hartsock and Nylah McClintock; her dear nieces, Heidi Williams and Jennifer Bentahir, as well as her nephew, Jason Lake. Her circle was vast and blessed with many friends who shared her passions and joys. Marilyn was preceded in death by her son, Lonnie Hartsock, and her sister, Jeannette Lake.

Marilyn found joy and fulfillment in the simple pleasures of life. She was a devoted advocate for holistic living, crafting her own remedies and therapies with love and care. She adored gardening, often found tending to her plants under the warmth of the sun, embracing the tranquility of the great outdoors. Her love for dancing and music was infectious, often lighting up any room she entered and bringing smiles to those around her.

Her life was a testament to the beauty of nature and the power of kinships, finding solace and happiness in both. Her spirit will continue to flicker in the hearts of those she touched with her warmth and kindness.
