Lula Michelle Mullins

Lula Michelle Mullins, of Thornville, Ohio, a devoted mother, grandmother, sister and friend, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 9, 2025, at the age of 80. Lula was born on February 4, 1945, in the quaint town of Johnsburg, NY, to the late Joseph and Marion (Kenyon) Asselin.

For the last 10 years, she enjoyed living in the country, feeding and watching her birds.

Lula is survived by her daughter, Dawn (Steve) Binckley. Her love and legacy continue through her granddaughters, Summer Ward, Nicole Hart and Sierra (Joel) Rodriguez; her grandsons, Chevy Ward and Josh (Katy) Gleissner; her great-grandsons, Jenson Ward and Damian Rodriguez; great-granddaughters, Alesha and Brooklyn Hart and Eleigh Gleissner and her daughter-in-law, Karen Crain, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, three brothers, a son, and her beloved cat.
