Lisa Ann Noble, age 64, of Heath, passed away peacefully on May 18, 2026 at Licking Memorial Hospital. She was born February 1, 1962 in Lancaster, Ohio to the late David Noble and the late Rosalie (Byrd) Noble Walters.

Lisa graduated from Lakewood High School Class of 1980, from Ohio University in 1984, and earned a master’s degree in 2006 from Marygrove College. Lisa’s true calling was teaching and she followed in both her grandmothers’ footsteps. She taught Elementary education for Lakewood School District for 27 years before retiring in 2012. Lisa was devoted to her students and was a “favorite teacher” to many.

Lisa enjoyed flower gardening, family get togethers and cheering on The Ohio State Buckeyes.

She is survived by her sister, Lori (Zac) Hatcher; nephews, Tyler (Celina) Hudgens and Travis (Sara) Hudgens; nieces, Madison Hatcher, Ashley (Cody) Hetrick, and Catie (Cody) Jamieson; great-nephew, Banks Hudgens; great-niece, Devyn Hudgens; and special feline companion, Buddy.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her step-father, Richard Walters; sister and brother-in-law, Beth and Tom Hudgens; and special aunt and uncle, Ginny and Virg George.

Special thanks to Dr. Stephanie Ladson-Wofford and staff at Newark Davita for their wonderful care.

Memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 1491 Polaris Pkwy., Box 268, Columbus, OH 43240 and the Licking County Humane Society, 825 Thornwood Drive SW, Heath, OH 43056.
