Linda L. Lynn passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 10, 2025, with her loving husband by her side after a courageous battle with cancer.
Linda was born in Lancaster, Ohio, on June 16, 1947, and adopted shortly after by Raymond and Flossie Keister of Junction City, Ohio.
Linda was a graduate of New Lexington High School, class of 1965. She was the truant officer for Northern Local School District. She spent 33 great years at Elder-Beerman as an associate until the store closed and most recently worked at TC Market. She was a member of the Thornville Fire and EMS as an EMT, the Thornville Eastern Star and the Thornville Mother's Club. Linda loved to travel, especially cruising with her husband, listening to Opera music and Liberace and finding little hole in the wall restaurants. She filled her life of helping others and putting them first. She would go without so others had something. Linda had a way about her and compassion towards others. She had a way of communicating with people. You knew just by the look on her face how she felt about you. She loved with her heart.
She married the love of her life, Terry Lynn, Sr., on July 11, 1981 in Thornville, where they raised 4 children, Karl Andy Stemen of Thornville, Ohio, Aarin (Fiance, Chad France) Walden of Heath, Ohio, Terry (Heather) Lynn, Jr. of Canal Winchester, Ohio and Misty Cornett of Ocala, Florida. Linda also leaves behind 10 grandchildren, Thomas (Jenn) Lynn-Mills, Brady Cornett, Michael (Nicole) Lynn, Alexis Daniels, Tristan Daniels, Austen Stemen, Chole Lynn, Aubrey Lynn, Isaac Stemen and Nathaniel Walden; 3 great-grandchildren, Owen, Remi and Kolsyn; sister-in-law, Mary Craig of Heath, Ohio; her extended family in Maryland and many countless other friends whom she considered family.
Linda is preceded in death by her parents; mother in law, Marie E. Lynn and brother-in-law, William Craig.
The family would like to thank Dr. Larry Cowen and his staff, Dr. Saha and associates in the Oncology Department at Fairfield Medical Center for the wonderful care they gave to Linda. They would also like to thank the staff at the Infusion Center at the Fairfield Medical Center for their kindness and the staff at the Fairfield Medical Center for their kindness and compassion to her and her family during this difficult time.
