Kathy was a devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and friend who touched the lives of many throughout her years. She is lovingly remembered by her children: Amy Smith, Kacey (Dusty) Topp, Dustin (Anastasia) Polage, and Randy (Natalie) Whitson; stepdaughter, Michelle Fields; her cherished sisters, Gail Zbinden and Norma Welch; her brothers, Gary Gatliff and Carl (Deb) Gatliff; and sisters-in-law, Kathy Gatliff and Beverly Gatliff. Kathy's legacy lives on in her ten beloved grandchildren: Hailey, Joshua, Ethan, Dakota, Ariee, Yanni, Sofia, Alex, Kloe, and Ellie; and six great-grandchildren: Navalynn, Aurora, Ellena, Eila, and Emberlynn. Her family extends to countless nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Preceded in death by her parents, Corliss and Statia Gatliff; her loving husband, Ricky L. Cunningham; great-granddaughter, Riley; and her brothers, Kenny Gatliff and Edd Gatliff; Kathy's reunion with them in the beyond brings comfort to those she leaves behind.
With a heart full of kindness and a passion for service, Kathy worked as a dedicated server in various restaurants around Licking County. She will be fondly remembered by coworkers and patrons alike for her warm smile and generous spirit.
Kathy found joy and solace in nature, with hobbies such as hunting, arrowhead hunting, and taking long walks through the woods. She cherished simple pleasures like watching movies, particularly "mini Block Busters." An avid fan of Elvis Presley, Kathy had the unforgettable experience of seeing him perform live in concert in Hawaii at the age of sixteen. A testament to her vintage taste, she always dreamed of owning a '57 Chevy, which encapsulated her appreciation for the classic and the charming.
