Jenneca Anna Rebecca Vaughn

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Jenneca Anna Rebecca Vaughn, a beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend. Jenneca passed away peacefully on Friday, August 15th, 2025, at the age of 40 at Ohio State University Hospital in Columbus.

Born on Sunday, August 4th, 1985, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Jenneca was the cherished daughter of the late Ronald and Vivian Chrisley. She is preceded in death by her infant sister, alongside her parents.

Jenneca nurtured her thirst for knowledge at The Ohio State University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Her career journey led her to Walmart in Newark, Ohio, where her warmth and dedication touched the lives of colleagues and customers alike.

Jenneca's heart and home were filled with the joys of her life - her loving husband, David I. N. Vaughn, with whom she celebrated 17 beautiful years of marriage, and her adored children, Natalya "Jericho" Brown, Nova Vaughn, and Nikolai Vaughn. Her family also included her brothers and sister, Jacob Chrisley, Jaime Chrisley, R.L. Chrisley, Jonathan Chrisley, Michael Barnett, and Megan Frazier Barnett. Jenneca's legacy of love extends to numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who were blessed to know her.

In life, Jenneca embraced her passions for gardening, sketching, painting, knitting, and crafting. Above all, she cherished spending time with her loving family and friends, creating memories that will be forever treasured.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Jenneca's life at the visitation held at Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral Home, 179 Granville Street, Newark, OH, on Saturday, August 23rd, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and again from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A funeral service to honor her memory will take place on Sunday, August 24th, 2025, at 2:00 pm at the funeral home, with Clifford Mason as Celebrant.

Arrangements are being handled by Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service, as Jenneca’s loved ones gather to pay tribute to a remarkable woman whose presence will be sorely missed and fondly remembered.
