A funeral service celebrating the life of Ginger Lynn Holtz, age 64, of Pataskala, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 5, at the Summit Community Free Will Baptist Church with Pastor Brad Williamson officiating. Burial will take place in Kirkersville Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. prior to the service at the church, 14194 Cleveland Road, Pataskala.

Ginger was born April 24, 1962 in Hazard, Kentucky to Harry Lowell Litton and Irene (Stamper) Litton of Pataskala. She passed away on Saturday, May 30, 2026. A proud graduate of Watkins Memorial High School's class of 1980, Ginger found great joy and fulfillment in life's simple pleasures. She adored watching the birds, found delight in feeding raccoons on her back deck, and relished her time with books, music, and puzzles. Her life was a testament to kindness, love, and resilience.

A dedicated homemaker, Ginger poured her heart and soul into nurturing her family and creating a warm, welcoming home. She was a cherished wife, devoted mother, grandmother, and daughter, and a dear friend. Her faith was an essential part of her life, guiding her actions and providing comfort and strength. She attended the Summit Community Free Will Baptist Church, where she actively participated in both her faith and community.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her loving husband, Paul Joseph Holtz, whom she married May 30, 1980; three daughters, Jessica (Greg) Wills, Alexandra Shaffer, and Samantha (Richard) Young, all of Pataskala; granddaughters, Katelynn Holtz and Emily Wills; a brother, David Stumpf; three sisters, Stephanie Wolfe, Harriet (Jamie) Bundy, and April Gifford; along with many nieces and nephews.

Hoskinson Funeral & Cremation Service in Kirkersville is honored to care for Ginger and her family.
