David E. Young

David Eugene Young, age 66, of Heath, passed away on Saturday, July 5, 2025 at Licking Memorial Hospital. David was born November 22, 1958 in Newark, Ohio to the late David Eugene Young, Sr. and the late Iva L. (Eshelman) Young.

Dave dabbled in many odd jobs. He enjoyed being outdoors and taking walks. He also loved to watch John Wayne movies, football, soccer, and wrestling. Later in life, he enjoyed coloring.

He is survived by his son, Matthew Young, son/daughter, David Michael “Michelle” Young, Zoe Piles, Dallas Young, and Jonathan Young; several grandchildren; sisters, Cheryl Bungard, Michelle Alley, and Janice Sherman, as well as two other sisters; nieces, Holly Young, Heidi Young, Roxanne Marie Young, and Monica Sue Meckling; and nephew, Ronald;

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, LaDonna Keener; two brothers, Thomas Young and Ronald Young; and a sister.

Private inurnment will take place at Wilson Cemetery at a later date.
