David L. Chapman, age 71, of Newark, passed away on August 28, 2018 at Newark Care and Rehab. He is survived by a step-son, Matthew Bosher and a step-daughter, Darletta Bosher, whom we are trying to locate. Please call Hoskinson Funeral Home in Kirkersville at 740-927-6900.
