Charles “Chuck” Langley was born in Newark, Ohio on November 14, 1962, to the late Betty Jean (Thompson) Langley and Bert Langley Jr. He passed away peacefully on September 6, 2025, at the age of 62.
A devoted partner, father, grandfather, and friend, Chuck lived a life full of love, adventure, and honor. He was the heart of the family—always ready with a smile, a story, or a helping hand. Away from home, he found his freedom on two wheels. Riding his motorcycle was not just a pastime—it was his way of embracing life with both courage and rebellion. The open road was where he felt most alive, with the wind at his back, and endless hope on the horizon ahead.
Those who knew him will remember his unconditional love and generosity. He taught by example that life was meant to be lived fully and without regret. His presence made our world brighter, and his absence will be deeply felt.
Survivors include his loving daughter, Jenny (Ken) Fry; siblings, Bob Seymour Jr., Jan (Boaty) Seymour, Margaret Seymour, Georgia Reber and Leslie (David) Seymour; cousin, Ronald Stewart; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his soulmate, Mary Louise (Seymour) Mills; his daughter, Milly Minton; his sister, Kathryn Seymour; his uncle, Oscar Thompson; and many other family members.
A celebration of Chuck’s life will be held in the coming weeks. All who loved him are invited to gather, share stories, and honor the man who rode through this world with his whole heart.
Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral Home is honored to care for Chuck and his family.
