Billie Deck

Willa "Billie" M. Deck, departed this world peacefully on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, in Newark, Ohio. She was born on Wednesday, January 30, 1935, in Marietta, Ohio, to the late Clareton and Cecelia Daugherty.

Billie was a past volunteer for hospice, offering comfort and support to those in need. She had a passion for the natural beauty of the world around her and found great joy in visiting Dawes Arboretum.

She is survived by her son, Jerry Deck, her two grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Deck.

Family and friends may gather on Monday, March 30, 2026, at the Hebron chapel of Hoskinson Funeral & Cremation Service, 108 N. 7th St., Hebron, Ohio, from 3:00pm to 7:00pm. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at 10:00am. Burial to follow in Glen Rest Memorial Estate.
