Betty Lou Woodworth

A graveside service for Betty Lou Woodworth, age 72, of Hebron, will be held at 12:40 p.m. on Tuesday, September 29, at Bates Cemetery in Athens.Betty was born November 3, 1942 in Athens, Ohio to the late Samuel and Golda (Hudnall) Lowry. She passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, September 25, 2015 at 12:40 p.m.Betty was employed with THK for 12 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family, playing board games, the lottery and gambling.She is survived by three children, Rush Farley (Judy) Stroud, Jr. of Grove City, Tony Stroud and Golda (Michael) Stroud, both of Hebron; 3 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Harold, Elda, Phyllis, John, Bob, Ray, Kay, Ruby, Ethel, Sam and Tom; and many nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Jerry.Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. on Monday, September 28, at the Hebron home of Hoskinson Funeral & Cremation Service, 108 North 7th Street, Hebron.Memorial contributions may be made to the Foundation for Hospice of Central Ohio.Hoskinson Funeral & Cremation Service is honored to care for Betty and her family.
